These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the use of the Agbazilo platform, accessible at http://www.agbazilo.com.

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not continue to use Agbazilo.

The terms "Client", "You", and "Your" refer to you — the person using this platform. "The Company", "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to Agbazilo. "Party" or "Parties" refers to both the user and Agbazilo collectively. All terms apply under the prevailing laws of Nigeria.

By accessing Agbazilo, you agree to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cookies are used to enable certain features and improve your experience on the platform. Some affiliate partners may also use cookies.

Unless otherwise stated, Agbazilo and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this platform. You may access content for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below.

Agbazilo offers an optional subscription for ₦1,000, which verifies your account and unlocks withdrawal access, direct messaging, and Promoter status. Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed and verified.

Subscription requests are reviewed manually. After submitting your payment receipt, allow up to 24 hours for confirmation. Agbazilo reserves the right to reject any payment that cannot be verified.

All users — verified or not — may participate in the referral system. When a user you referred subscribes, you earn 40% (₦400) of their subscription, credited to your Zilo Wallet.

Referral earnings may only be withdrawn by verified users. Agbazilo reserves the right to void referral earnings if fraudulent activity, fake accounts, or abuse of the referral system is detected. Self-referrals are not permitted and will result in account suspension.

Your Zilo Wallet holds your earned referral commissions and any other rewards credited to your account. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 7 working days and paid directly to your registered bank account.

Agbazilo is not liable for delays caused by incorrect bank details provided by the user. It is your responsibility to ensure your withdrawal information is accurate before placing a request.

Agbazilo distributes 20% of monthly advertising revenue to the top 10 users with the highest User Hours Score at the end of each month. Agbazilo determines the final reward amounts and eligible users at its sole discretion. The reward pool varies month to month based on actual ad revenue.

Attempting to manipulate your hours score through bots, scripts, or other artificial means will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.

Agbazilo does not filter or review posts and comments before they are published. Comments and posts reflect the views of the individual users, not Agbazilo. Agbazilo is not liable for any user-generated content.

Agbazilo reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Information on this platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, or that all information provided is complete, accurate, or error-free.
