Jim Okolo Joins Nigeria Delegation to Participate at Inauguration Ceremony of Trump

International election observer, Amb. Dr. Jim Okolo Chimezie, along with other Nigerian delegation, including the General Superintendent of Deeperlife Bible Church, Pastor William Kumuyi, gospel minister Nathaniel Bassey and host of others to participate at the inauguration ceremony of Donald Trump as the 47th President of the United States.

Trump, who is coming for a second term in office was inaugurated on Monday, succeeding Joe Biden whose tenure of office has just ended.

The colourful event which attracted world leader had Dr. Okolo, a UN accredited observer represent the election monitoring community.

Amb. Dr. Okolo, who is also the MD/CEO Jimez Petroleum Resources Limited used the opportunity of Trump's inauguration to meet with top officials of the just inaugurated administration to foster possible collaboration between Nigeria and the United States.

He has consistently been an advocate of close diplomatic ties between both countries to enable Nigeria tap from the huge potentials of the US especially in the area of energy, technology transfer, industrialization and security.

He had also taken part in observing the November election in which Trump won then Vice-President Kamala Harris who was the candidate of the Democrat.

Before his departure from Abuja to Washington, Amb. Dr. Okolo had been decorated by Trump Train Africa, a youth initiative as its Global Ambassador.

Speaking after his inauguration, Dr. Okolo said credible election has a synergy with good governance, justice and peace.

He expressed expressed hope that with a shared vision of pragmatic approach to good governance between Nigeria and Trump, Nigeria and indeed Africa will benefit a lot from the second term of Trump.

The way we have been celebrating this as an achievement is laughable.
This kind attachee I really hate.Why can't will stay on our own.Why forcing yourself where they don't want you.From trump body language,he doesn't like Nigeria
