Ingredients:
Ground egusi (melon seeds)
Palm oil, onions
Stockfish, meat, pomo
Crayfish, seasoning, bitterleaf/spinach
Steps:
Heat palm oil, fry onions

Stir fry until it looks grainy
Add meat stock, crayfish, seasonings
Pour in stockfish/meat
