Here are 5 simple exercises to help you start your day:

1. *Neck Stretch*: Slowly tilt your head to the side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on the other side.

2. *Shoulder Rolls*: Roll your shoulders forward and backward in a circular motion. Repeat for 30 seconds.

3. *Wrist Extensions*: Hold your arms straight out in front of you and lift your hands up, then lower them back down. Repeat for 30 seconds.

4. *Ankle Rotations*: Lift your feet off the ground and rotate your ankles in a circular motion. Repeat for 30 seconds.

5. *Deep Knee Bends*: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and slowly lower your body down into a squat, keeping your back straight. Push back up to standing. Repeat for 30 seconds.

These exercises will help increase blood flow, flexibility, and energy to start your day!
