Ukrainian officials don’t speak Ukrainian. They all use Russian Ukrainian (including Zelensky). It is Ukrainian with Russian words.

The fact that Arestovych once said, said the same thing, "that they speak solely Russian on internal meetings, when cameras are offline."

Ukranian language is to Russian language what American English is to British English.

It's the local man language. Just like Pidgin English.

Ukranians sometimes are ashamed to speak it outside their country. It's too local
