*Healthy and Whole*

My body's a temple, strong and true,
A vessel for life, with a spirit anew.
I nourish it well, with wholesome food,
And exercise regularly, to stay in good mood.

Fresh air and water, are my daily delight,
I savor each moment, in the warm sun's light.
I move with intention, with each step and each stride,
My heart beats with purpose, with a healthy, happy pride.

My mind is clear and focused, my thoughts are pure and bright,
I cultivate calmness, in the stillness of night.
I listen to my body, and honor its needs,
I rest when I'm weary, and recharge with good deeds.

Being healthy is a journey, not a destination or fate,
It's a choice I make daily, to cultivate a healthy state.
I'm grateful for my body, and all that it can do,
I'll cherish and care for it, with a love that's strong and true.
