Below are the foods for weight loss based on my research and results
• Fruits
Mango, Berries, Avocado, Apples, Pear, Banana, Watermelon, Plantain, Grapefruit, Lemon, Papaya(paw-paw), Pineapple, Orange.
•Vegetables
Cucumber, tomatoes, chilies, okro, cabbage, broccoli, carrot, *Irish potato, sweet potato, yam* (Do not fry).
• Grain & Legumes
Oats, Ofada rice, beans
• Nut & Seeds
Almonds, Coconut & Coconut oil, Nuts( Cashew, Peanuts and Walnuts)
• Herbs & Spices
Garlic & Ginger
• Animal produce
Egg(+Yolk), Natural yoghurt, Sea foods (Crabs, crayfish, prawns) , Turkey, Dark chocolate, Apple cider vinegar, Mackerel(Titus).
