Should flogging in schools be banned or should it be encouraged? Especially in Nigeria, share your opinion

Flogging should not be banned. It can be regulated, like don't flog on the bumbum.or.in sensitive areas if the body (it must be clearly spelt.out). And the parent of each child must sign an undertaking or agree with the school on what type of punishments his/her child may receive, and for what offence.
And of course inform the parent if the child misbehaves. Let the parents decide if they want their child to be flogged or punished in other ways.
