To begin with, I would say that sincerity has rewards. You can't make others to cry and expect to smile. Although you may feel good at the moment, don't always forget the reward that's coming. Many times, it always exceed imagination. So do to others what you think it's right if you encounter same. Sincerity pays off big time.
