Help her

Please I have a question.

I got an apartment through an agent.
Contacting the landlord, I was told that the key to that apartment is not yet available for me so I couldn't move in for almost a month (the previous occupant refused returning the key).

By the way, in agreement with the landlord, I paid the landlord 250k out of 300k with the condition I pay the balance once the key is available.

After so much pressure, the landlord had to break the key to the door, but insisted I repair the damage and pay him his full 50k. I refused and said I'll repair the door from the 50k and pay the balance to him.
He refused, called me a sc@mm£r and asked to refund my #250k.

The 250k was refunded, to my account.

Meanwhile the agent fee of 30k which I initially payed the wasn't refunded.

The agent said it was non-refundable, so I pleaded with her to find me an alternative which she refused to till date.

I want my agent fee back, it that wrong???
