I learned that a woman carries her baby daddy's DNA after giving birth for almost 7 years. However, this didn't shocked me than this crazy story: DNA and Biology. I've read a story about the woman who had a baby with her husband and when he got a DNA test done, the husband wasn’t the father. The mother insisted he was the dad, they repeated the test numerous times, but the result where the same. The couple got divorced and the man refused to be in the child’s life. They later discovered something on the DNA results, on their discovery they found out that he wasn’t the father but the uncle of the child is, which was impossible because he was an only child to his parents. After a more extensive DNA test they found out the husband was actually a chimera which essentially means he had a twin brother that he ate in utero essentially absorbing his DNA lol. So basically the unborn, twin brother was the father even though the husband bore the child. We learn everyday.
