SPIRITUAL INVESTMENTS...

It is good to invest in education, even better to invest in human relationships but without spiritual investments you can lose all your profits!
You can have all of the educational qualifications, be connected to the most valuable people on earth and yet end up a failure because life indeed is spiritual. One arrow from the enemy can destroy your many years of labor! This is why you must invest in spiritual things.

Watch this:
...but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. (1 Timothy 4:8)
This is the definition of spiritual investment!
Godliness –sowing to the spirit is profitable not just in some things, or in many things but "in all things"

Man is body, soul and spirit. One man can have a rich body and yet have a weak soul. Another man might have a strong body, rich soul but a very poor spirit. None of these people will ever reach the fullness of what God created them to be. Only a man who is rich in body, soul and spirit can truly fulfill God's divine assignment in due season.

It is written: Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. (Galatians 6:7)
That is to say a man cannot sow bodily things and reap soulish rewards, neither can a man sow soulish seeds and reap spiritual rewards. If you desire spiritual rewards then you have to make spiritual investments!

What are the spiritual investments a man must make?

1. KNOWING GOD
Knowing God is a truly profitable spiritual investment...why you may ask? because "...the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. "(Daniel 11:32)
Life is full of storms and challenges and problems are no respecter of persons. They come to everyone. If you must be strong enough to overcome the troubles of life then knowing God is not am option it is non–negotiable!
To know God you must give Him your Time and utmost attention.

2. PRAYER
No man can ignore prayer and be truly successful in this Kingdom!
Prayer is the way we make progress in this kingdom:
AMP:"But you, beloved, build yourselves up [founded] on your most holy faith [make progress, rise like an edifice higher and higher], praying in the Holy Spirit" (Jude 1:20)
People that want strong bodies go to the gym. Those who want superior minds go to the library but a man that wants a strong Spirit and desires to make spiritual progress must stay in the place of prayer.

3. STUDY OF THE WORD
Jesus himself told us: But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. (Matthew 4:4)
The word of God is spiritual food. Just like no man can ignore physical food and expect to survive indefinitely in the physical, no man can ignore spiritual food and expect to survive in this wicked world. Just like you need physical food to build a strong body, you also need spiritual food to build a strong Spirit.

Show me a man with true spiritual investments and I can tell you that is the man that will make great exploits.
