Frustration they say makes it difficult to see progress that you are making on something . It makes success seems like a million lite years away.
I want to use business as an example, You could put in alot of efforts, time, dedication, your energy even your soul into it but yet to no avail instead of yielding result it becomes a thorn in your flesh, Like your efforts is not good enough and all of a sudden you just give up and decided you are going to close down that business, Not knowing that all the time and efforts you have spent has yielded to something and at the time of your breakthrough you just decided to close down that business.
It is okay to cry and to try again or better still it is okay to try and fail than to never try at all.Never give up even when it seems like the frustration is becoming too much don't allow it to get to you or your life
