THE BURDENS OF ILL HEALTH...

Every one of us has been sick at some point in our lives!
it's one of the effects of having a physical body.
No one likes sickness! infact the very mention of the word sickness almost makes me sick. This is because of the experience I've had in the past and stories I've read and heard of sick people. When you're sick, life seems so slow, it looks as if time just stops and activities cease.
Sickness comes with a lot of burdens...
The burden of weakness: when you're sick, your body gets really weak. This is even one of the symptoms of many illnesses.
It looks as if your whole strength and energy has been sapped.

The Burden of Unplanned Spending: No one plans to be sick, so whenever sickness comes we end up paying for what we never wanted. Very few persons have budgets for sickness and even some who plan for it end up spending the money when a pressing need arises. Sometimes even after planning and keeping to the budget some sicknesses can come which exceed what has been kept.

The Burden of Inactivity: Many sicknesses can bring a halt to all human activities. A paralysed man for instance can do little or nothing. And that is a whole lot of burden. Human beings are activity beings. Even the laziest of us still likes to do something. So whenever we're unable to do those things we love to do most we it becomes really burdensome.

This and more are the burdens that accompany Ill Health
