3-5 Spoonful of Oatmeal
1/2 Glass cup of milk
3 Spoons of peanut butter
1 Spoon of Honey

DIRECTIONS:
- Peal banana and Avocado and cut into smaller pieces into a blender
-Add Oatmeal ( 3-5 Spoon)
-Add 3 Spoons of peanut butter & 1Spoon of Honey
- Then add 1/2 Glass cup of milk then blend together.
