I want to announce that we will change the payment structure to reward active users. We are currently using a Monthly structure to reward the top 5 users on the Leaderboard, but since it takes too long before members can be paid and it’s making some users doubt our genuinity we would like to change it to a Weekly System. Every week, we will pay the top 5 users on the Leaderboard for that week although it will not be as much as before.

So for now, you guys should lay low on referring people and posting also, i am going to be doing major reprogramming the sites payment structure as well as design to have effect next month .

You can still continue posting if you like, but check the forum from time to time to ensure you are updated on the Progress.

For this Month, our Google Adsense earning is little and I’m going to be spending a lot to upgrade the system, the referral and traffic was low. So those in the leaderboard should be patient, our new model of weekly payment would not be as much as this monthly but the money would be okay.
So let me know if you have questions .

I'm yet to understand you but something can be paid to motivate your users
My thoughts though

What of those people that don't have referrals due to they are new but on the leader board would they still be paid. And concerning the payment method how would it go and how can we get our money and when exactly will that weekly payment be effective
