Wait how do you eat yours?
Good idea to start with some protein then move onto the sweet...

You can use any of these ingredients; maple syrup, sugar, chocolate spread, agave (sooooooo good with lemon), cinnamon, frozen blueberries & bananas.

If you've never made them or struggle to get the quantities right, just remember 1, 2, 3!

100g plain flour - whisk in:
2 eggs until smooth then gently add
300ml whatever milk you use!

Make sure you've got some hot fat in a pan (whatever butter you use or a seed/nut oil) & you're guaranteed a delicious pancake.

And don't come to me with suggestions of thick, fluffy pancakes... you're wrong.
