STUDENT DIES IN UNIVERSITY FIRE

Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU) has confirmed that one person died in a fire that broke out at the College of Arts and Sciences Building of its Sta. Cruz Campus (LSPU-SCC) yesterday, March 13, 2025.

In a statement posted on the Facebook page of the university, the fire started at approximately 12:43 PM in one of the laboratory rooms.

LSPU expressed deep sorrow over the loss of the student's life and assured the public that they are coordinating with authorities to conduct a thorough investigation.
