CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO AIG ALIYU ABUBAKAR MUSA

The Director General of Katsina State Safety and Road Traffic Authority, Major Garba Yahaya Rimi (Retired), on behalf of the management and staff of the Authority, extends his warmest congratulations to the Commissioner of Police, Katsina State Command, CP Aliyu Abubakar Musa, on his well-deserved elevation to the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) and his recent posting to Zone 14 Headquarters, Katsina.
